The architect who restored the house focused on the layout of the living spaces and the quality of the materials.
In the summer, you will live both indoors and outdoors. The interior spaces have been designed to make the most of the surface area, but also and above all to offer optimal communication with the outside of the house.
Main room
Kitchen and dinning
On the ground floor, you will enjoy a beautiful surface opening onto the front terrace and the patio.
An entrance leads to the master bedroom and a separate WC.
The living room is equipped with a 2-seater sofa and an armchair. You will find litterature about the region and tourist brochures.
Kitchen and dining area are located in the main room, overlooking the patio.
The dining area is equipped with a large table with 4-5 chairs.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a 3-burner induction hob and an extractor hood.
A separate kitchenette includes the rest of the appliances (oven, microwave, fridge, freezer) and a coffee/tea making area.
Cosy lounge (mezzanine)
The second floor is accessible by a spiral staircase that opens to a mezzanine, from which there is access to Alienor's bedroom and the covered terrace. It has been converted into a cosy lounge space, which can also sleep one.
You will find a desk, young adult literature, games and puzzle games.
A large closet is intended for the occupants of the first floor.
