Plenty outdoor spaces to play with the sun and the shade
From May to October, you will live part of the time outside of the house and have the choice, depending on the time of day and the outside temperature, between three terraces.
The outdoor areas have lighting and are fantastic at night. Outdoor furniture (tables, chairs and sun loungers) is at your disposal.
The medieval terrace
The front terrace (west)
This large terrace covered by a green roof is on the second floor and allow panoramic views of the garden and the surrounding area.
The stone furniture of the old watchtower has been preserved: sink and "seat" window (window equipped with benches that allowed the best use of the outside light).
A large table will allow you to enjoy this shaded space.
It is a great place to rest, read, watch the sunset... and even work.
Located at the front of the house and facing west, this terrace is equipped with two tables that you can separate and move as you wish. The 5 outdoor chairs are equipped with outdoor cushions.
The Patio (southeast)
Accessible from the main room and the ground floor bedroom, the patio faces east and south and includes a small terrace and an iris garden.
It is perfect for having breakfast in mid-season.
Here you will find a storeroom with outdoor furniture and a sink carved in stone.
The garden
The house is surrounded by a wide garden, which includes some cherry trees and landscaped areas around the house.
As we are in the countryside, the garden is not really demarcated: it is extended by woods and large meadows.
Depending on the season, you can pick cherries, plums, mirabelle plums, blackberries, figs and walnuts on our property and in the surrounding area.
